When will Qnity officially separate from DuPont?

DuPont is targeting November 1, 2025, to complete the separation of its Electronics business with the intention to create a new independent, publicly traded company, Qnity Electronics, Inc. The separation is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions, including final approval by DuPont’s Board of Directors, receipt of tax opinion from counsel, the effectiveness of a Form 10 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, applicable regulatory approvals and satisfactory completion of financing. Our symbol speaks to networks, system thinking and flexible collaboration. The inner negative shape represents a square electronics chip.

How do you pronounce our name?
In English, Qnity rhymes with 'unity'. In Chinese, 启诺迪/啟諾迪 is pronounced [qǐ nuò dí]. Chee-nwo-dee is the most literal translation.
