DuPont is targeting November 1, 2025, to complete the separation of its Electronics business with the intention to create a new independent, publicly traded company, Qnity Electronics, Inc. The separation is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions, including final approval by DuPont’s Board of Directors, receipt of tax opinion from counsel, the effectiveness of a Form 10 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, applicable regulatory approvals and satisfactory completion of financing. Subject to satisfaction of all listing requirements and final approval from the exchange, Qnity Electronics, Inc. will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and traded under the stock ticker "Q."
