Ken Rizvi
Chief Financial Officer
Ken Rizvi is Chief Financial Officer at Qnity, where he oversees treasury, tax, controllership, audit, compliance, investor relations, procurement, and mergers and acquisitions. Ken brings more than 25 years of financial experience, including extensive CFO and senior finance roles across the semiconductor ecosystem.
Prior to this role, Ken served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Synaptics, a publicly traded semiconductor company, where he was responsible for overseeing global finance, corporate development, investor relations and IT organizations. Before that, Ken served as CFO of Penguin Solutions (previously SMART Global Holdings). His experience also includes CFO roles at UTAC Group in Singapore and Isola Group, along with finance roles of increasing seniority at Micron Technology and ON Semiconductor Corporation.
Ken holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
