Matt Harbaugh
Chief Financial Officer
Matt Harbaugh is Chief Financial Officer for Qnity, where he oversees treasury, tax, controllership, investor relations, the office of transformation and global procurement functions. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance, general management, strategy, and operations.
Prior to this role, Matt held various significant leadership roles, including chief financial officer of Vantive (a division of Baxter Healthcare), and executive vice president and chief financial officer of NuVasive, Inc. Prior to that, he served in various executive roles at Mallinckrodt, a global specialty pharmaceutical products company.
Matt earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
