Qnity Ethics Hotline

As stated in our Code of Conduct, Qnity does not tolerate improper business practices or unethical conduct by employees, contractors, or third parties. Every team member is responsible for acting ethically and should feel empowered to speak up.

You can use the Ethics Hotline to ask questions, seek guidance, or report concerns—using whichever reporting method feels most comfortable to you. Whether online, by phone, or through the mobile portal, the hotline is here to support you.

Concerns may include (but are not limited to):

  • Conflicts of interest
  • Concealment of non-compliance

  • Travel expense violations
  • Excessive personal business on company time
  • Knowing violations of laws or regulations

The Qnity Ethics Hotline is available globally to employees, contractors, and external parties at any time—day or night, every day of the year—and supports anonymous and confidential reporting.
