The recognition highlights not only the performance of the materials, but also the close collaboration and technical support that enabled the successful deployment in demanding automotive environments.

Compared with single‑sided cooling approaches typical in many electronics segments, this architecture supports higher power density and improved system efficiency, while meeting the durability and performance requirements of automotive production programs.
