Katherine Dei Cas

Katherine (Kate) Dei Cas is President of Qnity’s Semiconductor Technologies business segment, which provides the advanced materials and packaging solutions essential to powering chip performance, reliability, and leading-edge logic innovation. She is responsible for driving the segment’s global strategy, customer partnerships, and commercial growth.

Kate has more than 25 years of semiconductor industry experience, with a career defined by building deep customer relationships and scaling global businesses at the intersection of materials science and semiconductor manufacturing. She joined Qnity from EMD Electronics, a division of Merck KGaA Darmstadt, Germany, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President and a member of the Executive Team, leading a global organization. 

Kate earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University’s College of Engineering and M.B.A. from Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business. She has been an active leader in the semiconductor industry community, holding leadership roles on the SEMI Foundation board and the SEMI US North American Advisory Board.
