Kathleen Fortebuono

Kathleen Fortebuono is Chief People Officer for Qnity, where she oversees the company’s global human resources strategy, and communications.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has helped ensure global organizations had the frameworks and culture to attract and retain top talent, ultimately advancing business growth and strategic priorities. Prior to her current role, Kathleen served as vice president of global rewards, talent and learning development for DuPont since 2019. Earlier experience includes more than 20 years overseeing global rewards and talent management programs, including as vice president, global rewards and talent management at Chemours, and various compensation, benefits, and HR systems leadership roles for eBay, Inc., GSI Commerce Solutions, and IKON Office Solutions.
Kathleen earned her B.A. and M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
