Mike Goss is the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Qnity, where he oversees treasury, tax, controllership, audit, compliance, and investor relations. With nearly 30 years of experience across finance, strategy, and operations, he brings deep expertise as a global financial leader.
Mike’s background includes extensive work in financial operations, financial analysis and planning, portfolio management through complex mergers and separations, accounting controls, and risk management.
Mike brings nearly three decades of finance experience across several disciplines. Prior to serving as Qnity’s Principal Accounting Officer and Controller, Mike spent 14 years at DuPont where he held multiple senior roles. During this time, he gained significant expertise in portfolio transformation and financial operations rigor, most recently serving as Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Controller, from December 2018 to October 2025. Prior to DuPont, Mike held various roles at Ernst & Young.
Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Finance Committee for the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania – Bloomsburg.
