Qnity Highlights Interconnect Innovations Advancing AI at 2025 TPCA Show

TAIPEI, TAIWAN, Oct. 22, 2025 – Qnity, DuPont’s Electronics business, will highlight its end-to-end portfolio of high-performance computing and advanced connectivity solutions, emphasizing AI-powered interconnect innovations, at the Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA) Show, Booth #L421 from October 22-24.

Following DuPont’s intended spin-off of its electronics business targeted for Nov. 1, 2025*, Qnity Electronics, Inc. (“Qnity”)  is expected to be one of the largest and broadest publicly traded, global solutions providers for the semiconductor value chain.

At the TPCA Show, Qnity will showcase advanced interconnect material solutions under three themes, including: fine-line PCB technology for circuit minimization; advanced packaging solutions for high-density interconnects and heterogeneous integration; and signal integrity strategies alongside effective thermal management to ensure reliable high-speed computing.

In conjunction with the TPCA show, Qnity is hosting a technical session at the IMPACT Conference on advanced packaging, titled "Enhanced Energy Efficiency in AI: Advanced Packaging and PCB Technologies for Sustainable Innovation.”

"As a global technology leader serving the semiconductor value chain, empowering AI, high-performance computing, and advanced connectivity, we are powering the next leap in electronics," said Chuck Xu, President-elect, Interconnect Solutions, Qnity. “With more than 50 years of innovation, backed by strong customer relationships, a broad product portfolio, and a strategic, local-for-local operating model, we’re making tomorrow’s technologies possible.”

Qnity will also highlight its high-performance one-bath copper electroplating solution during the IMPACT Conference session. This solution, designed for Flip Chip-Chip Scale Package (FC-CSP) applications, focuses on efficient through-hole filling for IC substrates that empower edge mobile and AI technologies.

Another session focuses on the importance of advanced flexible circuit materials, such as Kapton® polyimide films and Pyralux® laminate products, in meeting design requirements for AI, cloud, and edge computing applications.
