The Global Procurement function in Qnity is organized to leverage our buying power effectively. We are structured around three primary categories: Direct, Indirect, and Logistics. A global director leads each area, and within each buy space, there are global managers who work closely with the various Qnity businesses and functions to procure the many categories of materials and services needed.

Buy Execution Authority is needed for anyone to procure materials or services on behalf of Qnity. This authority is granted to personnel in buying roles and on buying teams. Only someone with the proper Buy Execution Authority can establish an agreement that commits Qnity funds to be paid to a supplier. Someone without Buy Execution Authority cannot "buy" on behalf of Qnity.
